  • As a homeowner or business owner you have a long list of things to do. Cleaning gutters to remove leaves, sticks and other unwanted debris should be a top priority. Keeping your gutters clean is crucial for protecting your property. Cleaning your gutters will protect your roof, help prevent water damage, keep pests at bay and reduce the risk of a cracked foundation. Save yourself money by taking the preventative measures now to minimize the likelihood of having expensive repairs or having to replace your roof, siding or foundation in the future.

  • Gutters should be cleaned at least once per year to protect your roof, siding and foundation from water, debris and other unwanted materials that can cause thousands in damage. Let us do the dirty work to protect your home or business!

    Pricing is based on the square footage of your property’s foundation.

  • We want to serve our customers wherever they may be located. Properties outside of a 30-mile radius of our office in Isanti, MN will be subject to a small travel fee to help offset travel costs.

  • We accept cash and checks.

    Full Payment Policy:
    All payments are due at time of service, unless otherwise agreed to in writing (via email correspondence).

    Late Payment Charges:
    30 Days Late, $25 Fee Per Invoice
    60 Days Late, $50 Fee Per Invoice and Final Notice

    Once the invoice is closed and filed delinquent, all matters will be resolved in a small claims court.

    If the dispute reaches a small claims court, JM Window Cleaning LLC will seek original payment amount, all late fees incurred, reimbursement of court fees and a minimum of $500 per day spent to file/appear in court in regards to the small claims complaint.
